It is a small store serving authentic middle eastern items. I primarily go there for fresh afghani bread (naan) which they make daily right in front of you. No funny chemicals, no preservatives, just freshly made warm bread. They make for very good pizza base and can be eaten with Indian curries, saves me a ton of time.
